We design, manufacture, and sell interactive e-textile products as described on our website.
3. Eligibility
Our products and services are intended for architects, interior designers, homeowners, collectors, and gallerists. Children may use our products and services, but must do so under adult supervision or with the assistance of a parent or guardian.
4. Payment & Refunds
All sales are final unless the product arrives completely damaged. We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been tampered with or repaired without our prior written consent.
5. Shipping Policy
Production Timeline
All pieces from Anuvad Innovation Studio are custom made. Our standard production and shipping timeline is 8–10 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are additional and will be calculated based on actual shipping rates. These costs will be communicated to you at the time of your order.
6. Warranty
Warranty void if:
– Product opened, altered, or repaired by anyone without our written permission.
– Misuse or accidental damage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, products, designs, and intellectual property displayed or sold through the Site, including patented technology, are the exclusive property of Anuvad Innovation Studio LLP. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited. We hold enforceable intellectual property rights, including patents, and any infringement will result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts.
10. Cancellation Policy
All Anuvad Innovation Studio pieces are either custom or made to order. As a result, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been completed.
Production for your piece begins immediately after your order is confirmed, and materials are allocated specifically for your request. We kindly encourage you to review all details carefully before completing your purchase.
